Refund policy

If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your order for a return/exchange/store credit within 7 days from the date you have received the order.  This does not include sale items. Closeout/Discontinued/Sale items are FINAL.  Items must be unused and unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached and, if applicable, protective inner lining intact on swimwear and intimate apparel.  Non apparel items are not accepted for return.

We are unable to accept returns on personalized items. Please make sure your personalization is correct before placing your order. If you have any questions please contact us before purchasing.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
